At AccuCraft Collision, we are happy to work with individuals on Self Pay repairs. In this instance, we will still provide you with a written estimate and will contact you directly in the event additional damage is discovered.
If, during the repairs to your vehicle, our technicians find additional damage, we will document the damage and create a supplement to the estimate. We will contact your insurance company directly to receive authorization to perform all the necessary repairs.
We can arrange a rental car for you. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to get the exact limits, if any, you have on rental car reimbursement. If you are a claimant from the pother party, we will be happy to arrange a rental car for you after it is confirmed with the other parties¡¯ insurance company.
We make every effort to repair your vehicle on time. Unfortunately, delays beyond our control sometimes occur. Parts are back ordered, insurance adjusters need more time to review the hidden damage, or sublet contractors are unavailable. Due to the complexity of collision repairs and unexpected delays, the delivery date can only be estimated, not guaranteed. Please understand we try very hard to meet delivery dates by coordinating schedules, ordering parts ahead of time and making every effort to control the repair process productively and efficiently. We will keep you updated regularly as to the status of your vehicle. We want to repair your vehicle correctly the first time, even if it means delaying the delivery date. If you do experience a delay, please be patient. We are doing everything possible to expedite your vehicle as quickly as possible.

In most cases, the actual costs of repairs differ somewhat from the initial estimate. This is usually due to a change in part prices and/or the addition of small parts not included in the original amount and is typically minimal.
Accucraft Collision must receive payment before we can release a vehicle to the owner. In most cases, we will bill the insurance company directly for their portion oft the repair cost and you will be responsible only for your deductible, if any, at the time you pick up your car. Or your insurance provider may issue a check for their portion made out to either you alone or you and Accucraft Collision Center (a two-party check). A check written only to you may be signed over to us or deposited directly into your account, in which case, we will collect the total cost of the repair from you. A two-party check may be signed over to our facility at the time of pick up.
You will pay your deductible to us after the work is complete. We work side by side with most insurance companies for a hassle free repair!
You will have a life time warranty as long as you own the vehicle.
